We’re seeking an eLearning Developer to Design and develop technical and compliance learning content for online learning experiences. Interactive, effective, and user-friendly online courses Utilizing a strong foundation of the ADDIE or equivalent ID model. Development, upload and testing of six (6) modules are required with project completion by year end.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and develop dynamic, interactive, and accessibility-friendly multimedia training solutions.

Add modules to learning management system (LMS).

Partner with various functional departments to develop new learning content and review existing eLearning training courses for updating and enhancement.

Gain buy-in and support from stakeholders to determine the best training method based on scope and objectives of the training.

Produce quality support structures and resource material, including course outlines, course descriptions, PowerPoint slides, job aids, diagrams, interactive exercises, and assessments.


Skills & Specifications

3-5 years’ experience in e-learning development instructional design and developing learning content.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Ability to explain technical and compliance topics to novice learners.

Proven ability to produce content and deliver under tight deadlines.

Good design, written communication, production, and teamwork skills.

Experience developing a variety of learning modalities such as eLearning, performance support aids, online tutorials and collaborative learning environments.


Education & Qualifications

2+ years of experience developing technical content.
